Believing that the individual is capable helps us to see possibilities and opportunities for that person. When we see possibilities in them, they begin to see possibilities in themselves. * The participant will identify how our personal experiences affect our relationships. * The participant will identify their personal assumption habits and how that affects relationships. * The participant will develop a strategy to shift their assumptions.
